The Sugar Bar isn't afraid to show a little skin. Waitresses dressed in skimpy silk bustiers, garter belts and fishnet stockings serve up colorful cocktails at the high-energy dance club in the Arena District. Sugar is huge, with four bars and three rooms in addition to a dance floor that features plasma TVs playing sexy videos. The high-ceiling lounge also touts a balcony perfect for people watching and a Russian-themed VIP room that can be rented out for private parties. It also boasts a happy hour that offers $1 bombs Thursday through Saturday. Now that's sweet.
