If you're looking for a good place to wind down after work, Easton has some nice options. And no, we're not talking about shopping options.

We spent a Wednesday night checking out the happy hours at four bars in the area, and we came away impressed. We saw some live music at Martini Park, got some south-of-the-border hospitality at Adobe Gilas (where domestics and drafts are on special until 7 p.m.), took in some half-priced appetizers at Bar Louie, then finished the night in the cozy confines of Fadó Irish Pub.

All in all, it wasn't a bad way to spend Hump Day.
