Mozaik Lounge: User Reviews
Mozaik Lounge
51 Vine Street - ColumbusWhere do I begin? Hmmmmmm. The food was very bland and cold. The server was rude when I asked her for an additional menu for my friend and treated us like we were nobody special. Very pompous and uppity-up clientele, which was very sparce. They had TV's, but they were not turned on. Hello? We are a sports town. We will not be back. What a waste of space.
Report This Reviewi usually hit mozaik at at least one point in my weekend, i like it because its nice inside, and the drinks are always on the heavy side..whatever, see you there!!!!
Report This ReviewFood was a major waste. The calamari was very rubbery and cold when it was served to my friends and I. the server proclaimed that " they are served like that and sometimes they just get cold." really?? nice way to take care of your customers. and what exactly is this place striving to be? Lounge, Club, Egotistical Hangout. the latter is what i presume it to be. don't waste your time on this place. at least not the food. unless you want overpriced garbage while enjoying the ambience of a pseudo-nightclub. better luck next time, but you didn't fool myself or my friends.
Report This ReviewI was pretty disappointed with this establishment when I visited last night to check it out. The look is unique, however a bit to clubby to me, I was expecting something very different. Bar centerpiece interesting though. I was expecting a place where I could relax to some lounge music, eat some real tapas, and enjoy my night after work. I was wrong. It's a copy-cat of it's neighbor Mynt, and has a dance club vibe, but unlike Mynt, it has no dance floor. It says it's a "modern lounge and tapas bar" on the sign, but with all the loud music and colored lights, it seemed to be a knock-off of a club. Upon looking at the menu, I was even more disappointed that there were no real tapas, and everything seemed overpriced. My waitress was okay, but did not seem very knowledgeable. I'll remember to keep barrio or burgundy in mind next time. Ciao!
Report This ReviewI went last Friday for the first time and instantly thought this is exactly what Columbus Needs. It gives me a feel of South Beach. Wide Doors/Windows that pan the entire front wall that can be opened to allow for a more natural experience. PS.... I suggest you try their Boneless Wings.... They were the best I have EVER had. Hands down. I wanted to return the next night just for dinner alone.
Report This ReviewI have lived in columbus for 6 years now...have frequented the Arena District many times, and all I can say about this place is WOW! It's refreshing to have such a unique and fresh concept here. The waterfall projection screen, gorgeous set-up, and yummy drinks have made my friends and I come back four times already (the place just opened up two weeks ago). I recommend the cool-as-a-cucumber drink...DELICIOUS!
For those who have not seen this place yet...you MUST! Arena needed something like this...Im glad its finally here!
Report This ReviewThis place just reaks with yuppy arrogance and egotistical attitudes. My friends know how to have a good time, and we were not having one last Friday at Mozaik. The drinks were OK in price but were pretty weak. Don't plan on going back anytime soon. No cute guys either. Pretty boring overall.
Report This ReviewTo the person who wrote the previous post,That's horrible! It's too bad that happened...I kinda liked the place when I tried it out last week. Very cool atmosphere!
