Looking at the Rock on the Range 2009 lineup
An in-depth look at Rock on the Range 2009
It's perhaps the best hard rock festival in the country, and it can only be found in Columbus.
Last year more than 55,000 people took in the two-day Rock on the Range concert, which was headlined by Stone Temple Pilots, Kid Rock and Three Doors Down.
This year's event is expected to draw just as many people, with a ton of popular and influential bands involved, including Motley Crue (pictured), Korn, Slipknot, Alice in Chains, Flyleaf, Buckcherry, Blue October, Avenged Sevenfold and more.
Rock on the Range 2009 will be May 16-17 at Crew Stadium. Metromix is the only place to preview all 38 acts taking the stage. Click through the photos to get a detailed band schedule and learn a little more about every group coming to town.—By Sam Amico, Special to Metromix
