Dime-a-dog night at Huntington Park
Dime-a-dog night at Huntington Park
Considering hot dogs cost only 10 cents each, fans were bound to go home happy after the Clippers' game Monday regardless of the result. So the fact that the team cruised to an easy 8-1 victory over Scranton made the night all that much more enjoyable.
And plenty of people were there to enjoy it as the game saw the fourth-highest attendance of the season at Huntington Park.
Even though the cheap food prices attracted a ton of fans, the lines at the concession stands were quite reasonable, so you didn't have to wait 30 minutes to get your bargain dog.
In addition to the good prices, there were the other normal forms of entertainment on hand. Of course, there was the baseball, but beyond that, team mascot Louseal kept fans entertained, and "Relish" won the hot dog race.
Take a look at all our shots from the game, featuring fans, the mascot and the players. And then check out some of our other recent photo galleries, including Picnic With the Pups, "The Tempest" at Schiller Park, the North Market Food & Ohio Wine Festival, Red, White & Boom and ComFest.
