Foodito went with a classic—the Bahama Mama ($10.75), which is "the original" Schmidt's sausage, according to the menu. It's a beef and pork, hickory-smoked sausage spiced with a secret seasoning and stuffed in old-world natural casing links. The seasoning adds a little spice that helps make it stand out from a normal bratwurst.

The size is also a plus. You can see how big it is. You can't find buns big enough to hold this slab of meat.
