Flannagan's Buckeye Bash
Flannagan's Buckeye Bash
With "The Game" taking place in Ann Arbor this year, people had to look for places other than campus to spend the weekend partying.
Flannagan's in Dublin was happy to oblige, as the sports bar hosted one of the coolest pre-game parties in town on Friday. Two lucky people even walked away from the event with tickets to the game, courtesy of Dave and Jimmy Jam from WNCI. The winners—Nicole and Tom Nolen—immediately began planning their road trip to the state up north. Everyone else just began planning the rest of their evening, and how to make it as fun as possible.
Cincinnati cover band The Menus kept the party moving all night, mixing in classic songs with frequent costume changes. Among the items worn were red-and-white skorts, an O'Charley's take-out bag and a turquoise thong. If you've never been to a Menus show, you're missing out. Even the Flannagan's staff couldn't keep the lead singer in check, as he made the main bar his personal runway.
