Red, White & Boom 2010
Inside look: Red, White & Boom 2010
This year marked the 30th anniversary of the annual fireworks extravaganza known as Red, White and Boom. The organizers of the event didn't disappoint, planning a bigger and a better display than what we're used to seeing.
The show is Columbus' biggest single-day annual event, and it has earned praise as one of the best fireworks displays in the Midwest.
Almost every street in downtown Columbus was packed Friday, July 2, as thousands of people from across the state headed down early to get a good seat.
We were there to capture some of the action, taking photos of both the crowd the fireworks. Flip through the photo gallery to see the show from our vantage point.
