San-Su, a restaurant specializing in Korean barbecue and Japanese cuisine, recently opened on Bethel Road next to the Refectory. This classy and intimate eatery features a bold selection of Korean dishes along with sushi, which has become a staple offering at many Korean eateries around town. They've kicked Korean barbecue up a notch at this place by incorporating built-in natural-gas grills into the center of their granite table tops, so when two or more customers order a barbecue dish they can do the grilling themselves.

San-Su also serves a selection of soups and stews, broiled fish, bibim bab and noodle dishes. The efficient staff, elegant environment and intimate dining experience at this new eatery make it a great place for seasoned veterans of Korean barbecue or those trying it for the first time.
