Jackets' pre-game party at 343 Front Street Tavern
The new venue located at 343 Front Street—which is, quite simply, named 343 Front Street Tavern—seems to be a great place to get fired up for a Blue Jackets game.
The bar sits in the location that formerly housed Frog, Bear & Wild Boar, so it's right next to Nationwide Arena, making it an easy stop on your way to or from a game.
Before the Jackets' home opener against the Blackhawks on Oct. 15, Bud Light hosted a wild tailgating party at the bar that featured blue beer, DJ Matt Sexton spinning on the patio and QFM 96 giving away tickets and prize packages.
Sadly, the Jackets were soundly defeated in the game, but that didn't mean people weren't having fun across the street.
