Lady Antebellum helps Oreo turn 100

Lady Antebellum, a flash mob and Oreos.
Not a bad party, eh?
Lady A. made an appearance in Los Angeles this afternoon for a special performance at The Grove to celebrate the cookie's 100th birthday.
"We just had a flash mob open for us, first time that's ever happened," Charles Kelley told us, just after the party ended. The group sang five of their hits and then got the mob to sing along in a rousing version of Happy Birthday to Oreo.
The crucial element -- milk -- was there, too.
"I'm a dunker," says Hillary Scott. "And so is Charles. But Dave's (Haywood) a twister."
It was a brief stop for the group that is now touring and will play Chicago later this week. "We've done 12 shows so far this year and they've all been sellouts. We're going in with this brand new excitement," says Haywood.
Scott said that she and her husband, Chris Tyrrell, will celebrate two months of marriage Wednesday. "It's wonderful. My husband is out on the road with us, and we live every day together. We try not to take that for granted." And yes, he was on hand to play drums today for the Oreo party.
So how many cookies did they eat?
"I had three," said Haywood.
"Two or three," said Scott.
"Dave's lying," said Kelley. "He did 100 -- for the 100th birthday!"
