Rihanna IV photo prompts health concern

Is Rihanna seriously sick?

The pop star tweeted this photo of herself with her arm hooked up to an IV on Tuesday.

It came two days after she wrote, "Seriously, I'm sick!"

On Saturday she missed the dress rehearsal for Saturday Night Live, also because she was sick.

People.com reports that a source says Rihanna "had a fever and flu since last week and needed an IV, but is fine now."

And she has since posted photos from Monday's Met Gala and from her trip "home" to L.A. on Wednesday.
