Kristin Chenoweth released from hospital

Good news! Fans and friends of petite powerhouse Kristin Chenoweth will be happy to hear she is out of the hospital and at home recovering, her rep Jill Fritzo tells Lifeline Live in a statement. And the adorable actress also sends appreciation to her fans: "She thanks everyone for their prayers and well wishes," adds Fritzo.

Ouch. Kristin Chenoweth was taken to the hospital on Wednesday after being hit in the head by scaffolding on the set of the CBS drama The Good Wife.

The actress' publicist, Jill Fritzo, said Chenoweth was taken to the hospital by ambulance. Her condition is not yet known, but the AP reports that a New York City Fire Department spokesman said a woman at that location in Brooklyn, N.Y., suffered minor injuries. The spokesman would not identify the victim.

Chenoweth has a recurring role on the upcoming season of The Good Wife.
