Country star Toby Keith, 51, has to put down his red Solo cup for a few days.

He has had his gallbladder removed, according to his spokeswoman, and he is doing fine after the outpatient procedure, reports AP.

But he was forced to reschedule his show set for Thursday at Fort McCoy in Sparta, Wis., until Aug. 30. (Note: Fort McCoy will still host Gretchen Wilson. The Beer garden opens at 3 p.m. and the concert starts at 7 p.m. This concert will be free and open to all. No ticket is necessary to attend.)

Keith plans to resume his Live in Overdrive tour on Friday at the WE Fest in Detroit Lakes, Minn.
