A Manhattan judge today agreed to close Scout Willis' public-drinking and fake-ID case without jail time or probation if she does two days of community service.

AP reports the Brown University student, who was arrested for drinking a beer in New York's Union Square in June, didn't have to be in court or enter any plea.

Her lawyer, Stacey Richman, says prosecutors "took a logical approach to assessing the situation."

Police said Willis, 20, was in violation of an open-container law and she gave them phony identification — a misdemeanor.

Willis, the second daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, turned 21 this month.
