It's Cuba Gooding Jr. vs. a New Orleans bartender.

Police in the Big Easy say an arrest warrant has been issued for the actor after an incident Monday night at The Old Absinthe House bar on Bourbon Street, reports AP.

A bartender told officers that Gooding, in town filming The Butler, was there at 3 Tuesday morning when he became upset with fans who asked him to take photographs with them.

The bartender says she asked him to calm down and Gooding pushed her. Then she told him he needed to leave and he pushed her again. Gooding left the bar before police arrived. Police issued an arrest warrant for municipal battery, a misdemeanor.

Gooding's publicist has not commented.
