Prince Harry checks out beach volleyball

Why is Prince Harry grinning? Women's beach volleyball. Or maybe the pretty girl sitting next to him.
Taking in matches today at Horse Guards Parade within sight of Buckingham Palace, Harry looked like a happy lad watching the women players in their skimpy bikinis hurtle around the sand court.
As an Olympic ambassador, Harry has been here, there and everywhere at the Olympics, especially cheering on Team GB in a variety of sports. However, it was an all-Yanks final for the gold medal in women's volleyball and it went to the team of Kerri Walsh and Misty-May Treanor.
Photos showed Harry in the stands for a match featuring Brazil and China, next to the British cycling gold-medal winners, Laura Trott and Jason Kenny. Harry and Laura, who is basking in acclaim as a new British sports heroine, shared lots of giggles, reported The Mirror.
Even before the Summer Games started in London last week, some women players told reporters they were excited by word that Harry would be attending at least some of the matches. Volleyball might not be Harry's chosen sport but earlier this year, during a goodwill trip to Brazil, he plunged enthusiastically into a match on beautiful Copacabana beach.
