Jennie Garth: Dating with 'training wheels' on

Jennie Garth has been out and about in recent days, making headlines for her slimmer shape -- the Daily Mail called it the result of her "heartbreak diet" and Us Weekly described her as "shockingly slimmer" -- for a new Old Navy ad starring her Beverly Hills, 90210 castmates Luke Perry and Jason Priestly, and because she's getting back in the dating game.

Here she is at an event in New York on Wednesday for Crest & Oral-B. She has partnered with them for a back-to-school campaign.

The star opened up to Fox & Friends Tuesday about her split from actor Peter Facinelli in March after 11 years of marriage.

"I always said I would rather lick a dirty floor than go back to dating," Garth, 40, explained. "[Dating] is very new for me. I have training wheels on right now, because I was married [for so long]. That's my whole adult life, basically. I think I'm actually going back into adult adolescence. I'm having a moment."
