Ryan Lochte recounts Vegas meeting with Harry

Ryan Lochte was chatting with Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb today, and, of course, Prince Harry came up.
"We were at the same pool party," explained the Olympic swimmer, "and his people came over to my table and said, 'Hey, you wanna meet Prince Harry?' and I was like, 'By all means.'"
Lochte continued, "So I went over there - I was still in my clothes - and he said, 'Hey you wanna go in and race me?' And, hey, this is a once-in-a-lifetime thing. So I just took off my shirt and jumped in and we just raced."
Did he let the royal win? "Well, the first thing I said was, 'You sure you want to lose?' And he was like, 'Sure, c'mon, let's go.' And you know what? He's an actual, pretty good swimmer."
What did Lochte think of the nude photos of Harry that surfaced from later that night? "I was kinda shocked that someone would actually take those kind of photos."
When KLG and Hoda asked if he was at the second "pool" party (as in strip billiards), Lochte said, "I was not there. I promise."
