Country star Randy Travis is having an, um, interesting summer.

Less than two weeks after he was busted for being drunk and naked, Travis has found himself afoul of the law once again.

Police in Plano, Texas, tell Peoplethat Travis was cited for a Class C simple assault after he allegedly got into a fight with his girlfriend's estranged husband.

"We got a phone call at around 10 or 10:30 (Thursday) night about a personal family issue occurring between an estranged husband and wife. The wife was reportedly the girlfriend of Randy Travis," Officer David Tilley tells People. "Randy intervened, and reportedly an assault took place between Randy and husband (sic). There were no injuries reported."

The alleged fight took place in a church parking lot, and the other man was also cited. The officer adds that it doesn't appear that alcohol was a factor.
