Director Tony Scott did not disclose his reasons for jumping to his death, coroner's officials reveal.
The 68-year-old British director of iconic movies like Top Gun and Days of Thunder leaped to his death from Los Angeles' Vincent Thomas Bridge last Sunday, leaving behind two notes in his car, which was parked nearby.
The Los Angeles County coroner's office said today that no motive could be gleaned from the notes that were found.
Coroner's office spokesman Ed Winter told the Associated Press that one of the notes was a list of emergency contact numbers, while the other included messages to friends and loved ones.
