We've heard of girlfriends leaving bridal magazines on their boyfriends' coffee tables.
Stacy Keibler's possible proposal ploy? Trying on an engagement ring for all the world to gawk.
A sans-George Clooney Keibler slipped a sizable yellow rock onto the fourth finger of her left hand last night at the launch of Jacob & Co.'s new Palladium line. Clooney's better half of one year grins for the cameras as she models the bauble. The 32-year-old's choice of attire? A white dress. (So it was mini. And fringed.)
It was just earlier this week that Clooney's rep, Stan Rosenfield, quashed the rumor that the couple were no more: "A story published by a London tabloid, The Sun, concerning George Clooney and Stacy Keibler is not true. Total fabrication designed to sell newspapers."
