Olivia Wilde gave the little black dress a lot of drama at the Conde Nast Traveler's Visionaries celebration thanks to strong shoulders, a plunging neckline, a shiny, chunky belt -- and the talents of the Alexander McQueen team, who designed the uptown friendly/downtown approved day-to-night look. Wilde, 28, rocked the fierce frock Tuesday night in New York.
