The CMA Awards show (ABC, Nov. 1, 8 p.m. ET/tape delay PT) is dubbed "country's biggest night." The winners, chosen by the 11,000-plus-member Country Music Association, are meant to represent country's finest. But that doesn't mean all honorees are country musicians. Rapper Snoop Dogg and pop star Kelly Clarkson are both nominated this year, but they aren't the first non-country stars to compete.
