Frank Ocean: Previously a ghost writer for such artists as Justin Bieber and John Legend, Ocean found his own audience, first with debut mixtape 'Nostalgia, Ultra,' then with the July release of studio album 'Channel Orange,' a highly praised collection of unorthodox neo-soul. It entered 'Billboard' at No. 2 and has already topped several critics' 2012 best album lists.
