Pride Parade through downtown Columbus
The weekend of the Pride Festival is one of the busiest of the year in Columbus, and the annual Pride Parade is perhaps the festival's most popular event. So it's no surprise this year's parade drew a huge crowd.
Because the event was moved to Goodale Park this year, a new parade route was used. The parade started at 1 p.m. Saturday in front of the Statehouse, and the floats and marchers made their way down High Street before arriving at Goodale Park.
In addition to the parade, the festival also featured plenty of entertainment—including singer Kat Deluna as the main attraction—along with some fun activities and good food.
Take a look at our photos from the parade and surrounding festivities, and then check out some more crowd shots from this year's Pride Festival.
