Wexner fall preview
Fall is an impressive season at the Wexner Center for the Arts.
The artistic hub of Columbus will draw a diverse portfolio of painters (including Luc Tuymans), plays ("Who Do You Think You Are," pictured), dance performances (Kidd Pivot), musicians (Erik Friedlander, Wilco, The Books) and films ("Died Young, Stayed Pretty" and "Afghan Star") in the coming months.
For this slideshow highlighting autumn's most noteworthy fare, we caught up with Tim Fulton, the Wexner Center Media Coordinator, to shed some extra light on the schedule.
Looking over the current lineup (which features material from Brazil and Afghanistan), he identified a key trait separating this fall from those in the past: "It's a real global season."
