Glassblowing exhibit at The Gallery Hop
As usual, the Short North was packed for the Gallery Hop on May 2. A ton of hoppers made the trek to High Street to check out all the live bands, complimentary prizes and live glassblowing demonstrations at the monthly event. Speaking of those glassblowing demonstrations ... we stopped by the Jason Antol Studios for a special visit from renowned glass sculptor Charles Lowrie.
Lowrie, a celebrated artist from Oregon, was the special guest during a night that also featured some new original pieces in The Lewis Kay Gallery.
Check out all our photos from the night at Jason Antol Studios, and be sure to stop by the place yourself during the next Gallery Hop, which is June 6. And if you went to this Gallery Hop, let us know what your favorite part was by leaving a comment below.
