Theater review: 'JC Superstar'

Shadowbox's JC Superstar

Shadowbox Cabaret is known for its high-energy, sketch comedy rock ‘n’ roll performances, but for the past month or so it has been toting the Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice classic “Jesus Christ Superstar,” with one last performance scheduled 7:30 p.m. Nov. 16 in their theater at Easton. Shadowbox donned the show’s intensity and equal sensitivity with ease, giving a pretty stellar showing.
