Theater review: 'JC Superstar'

Shadowbox's JC Superstar

J.T. Walker led the cast as Jesus, adding that look of youth that many “JC Superstar” productions lack (many forget Jesus was only 33 when he was crucified). Walker (who starred as Prospero in Shadowbox’s “Return to Forbidden Planet” earlier this year) brought sensitivity and vocal prowess to the role, shining on “Gethsemane” and “The Temple.”
