Other standouts included Jarrod Wigton (Caiaphas) and Tom Cardinal (Annas). Wigton and Cardinal (who starred as Captain Tempest in “Return to Forbidden Planet”) added a touch of the Cheech and Chong to the show, bringing a bit of comic relief to “This Jesus Must Die.” However, Edelyn Parker stole the show as King Herod, who brought a tricked out, burlesque vaudeville number during “King Herod’s Song.”
