Eddie Merlot’s is all about the fine dining atmosphere, opening its posh lounge for schmoozing an hour before the dining room. The white table-clothed interior speaks to the upscale message it's trying to convey. The restaurant focuses on prime aged beef and seafood, but also includes such lavish delights as the rosemary mustard glaze chicken and the pan-seared duck breast.
