Nova offers exactly what its name implies -- a "new" atmosphere. With an industrial (but comfortable) decor, private, roomy booths and optional patio seating, there is room for everyone and every party size. This restaurant also has a bar, but don’t let that deter you -- the quality of food is excellent As are those cocktails). Nova features award-winning, smoked, babyback pork ribs. However, you’ll likely be distracted by all of the other appetizing options on the menu. Did we mention how awesome the cocktails are?
