Since opening in the summer of 2008, Sage offers a fresh fine dining option for North Campus dwellers. Situated between Hounddog’s Pizza and a slew of college student bars, Sage serves American dinner options Tuesday through Saturday evenings and a more moderately priced Sunday brunch. The light blues/folk/jazz music playing in the background makes this bistro ideal for couples who want a date spot that is romantic yet not too quiet, or for a group of good friends who enjoy catching up without yelling, but without feeling the need to whisper.
