In order to make sure opening a fancy schmancy restaurant during a recession wasn't entirely foolish, Barrio is starting a $2 tacos and $2 beer special all day on Columbus Clippers home game days. Think it'll work? We think so. Two dollars for upscale south-of-the-border delights is a deal we can't ignore.
