Polaris Fashion Place is home to new a gourmet Mexican restaurant, Cantina Laredo. Part of a national chain that's serving sophisticated cuisine across the country, this establishment is on its way to becoming a hip and happening place to down margaritas and slam some of the tastiest tequila available.

If Taco Bell had a polar opposite, it would be Cantina Laredo. The authentic Mexican dishes are dressed to impress, with finely crafted toppings like chipotle-wine or tomatillo sauce. Plus, the formal service is superb, and the upbeat music sets the mood for an evening that's muy caliente.
