If you’re looking for the ultimate burger in Columbus, there’s only one place to go. The Thurman Café is small, and the wait to get a table can be quite lengthy, but this is one of the few meals in town that’s worth a two-hour wait.

Thurman’s—located at 183 Thurman Ave., just south of German Village—has won just about every “best hamburger in Columbus” contest that’s ever existed, and last year it was featured on the Travel Channel show “Man vs. Food” for being one of the best pig-out spots in the country.
