You can’t help but smile upon entering Spagio’s quirky dining room –- upside-down umbrellas hang from the ceiling, mixed in with fun, unique light fixtures. The casual yet-fine-dining eatery has been at its current location, in different incarnations, for more than 24 years and is known for its mouth-watering, wood-fired pizzas and seasonal menu. Chef Hubert Seifert began cooking at age 14 in his native Germany and, in 1981, opened the Gourmet Market where Spagio now sits.
