The Fadó Irish Pub, located in the middle of Easton Town Center, serves up a completely authentic Irish bar experience. From the music to the food, it’s all about the motherland. The menu features the usual Irish fare of fish and chips and shepherd’s pie, along with specialty boxties, a gently seasoned potato pancake stuffed with special ingredients and cooked on a griddle. There’s also the “All Day Irish Breakfast,” which comes with two eggs, two Irish sausages, two rashers, two black puddings, two white puddings, two tomatoes, mushrooms and brown bread and butter. Weekly live Irish entertainment and packed European sports nights add to the ambience.
