Went to Carrabba's @ Polaris to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We have been there many times! One of our favorites. However, what a disappoint today! Server was personality-challenged...no customer service skills. Food arrived cold. Grandaughter had something floating in her Sprite - drank it anyway because we did not see server in "forever"! So many dishes on table we couldn't move because no one picked up used cups, glasses, plates. No ice cream available for desserts on menu! We will definitely have to re-think returning for dinner - this was a terrible experience.
