  • Shanghai is located in the Westfield Shopping Center on the outskirts of Delaware. The restaurant uses no MSG in its offering of Szechuan, Hunan and Cantonese cuisine, samples of which you can see on the standard collage of pictures on the walls. Chef’s specials include garlic flavor combination, Szechuan shrimp and chicken, dragon phoenix and lake tung ting shrimp. Shanghai’s diet menu features steamed bean curd with mixed vegetables or steamed shrimp with broccoli.
