Billy Lee's is home to gigantic portions of all the standard Chinese restaurant favorites such as General Tso's Chicken and Beef and Broccoli. But the bar seems to be the big attraction, at least on weekends, as locals belly up to drink retro Polynesian-style libations such as Mai Tais and Singapore Slings, the likes of which the East side has not seen since the closing of the Kahiki.
