  • Qdoba Mexican Grill is hoping you’ll make them your new Mexican food quick-stop, as opposed to, well, you know. Starting as a local legend in Denver, the national franchise is now owned by burger aficionados Jack in the Box Inc. They rose to fame with signature burritos, including the new Ancho Chile BBQ Burrito — made with slow-roasted pork simmered in a blend of tomatillos, jalapenos, garlic and lime juice, then topped with Mexican-style barbecue sauce peppered with dried chilies, hickory, and smoked mesquite; and the Fajita Ranchera Burrito — grilled chicken or steak with red onions and bell peppers, served with a Ranchera sauce.
