For a neighborhood bar, My Bar 161 has a lot going for it. Every Friday and Saturday night, a live DJ spins some tunes for bar patrons. There’s a dance floor where line dancing has been known to go down. And there’s a happy hour every day. A LONG happy hour. Monday-Saturday, it’s from 11 a.m.-8 p.m. and on Sunday, it’s from 1 p.m.-7 p.m. My Bar 161 also offers a menu with appetizers, pizza, stromboli, calzones and subs. And because they pretty much all cost less than $8, you can eat well and still have enough money for drinks. Maybe even enough to start dancing.
